Illusion Dresses

Did you see the Stella McCartney "Illusion" dress worn by Kate Winslet at The Venice film festival recently?  Amazingly, it manages to give it's wearer the perfect hourglass shape without the help of  a belt (to define the waist) or shoulder pads to balance the figure.   The clever black side panels whittle inches off the waist and, with Kate's dress, the darker shading under the bust make the breasts look larger and higher than they actually are.

What women want from Image Coaching

Coming soon- the products you've asked for!

The "What women want to know"  evening was a a great succes and the video of the night will be ready soon.  You all came up with some brilliant ideas for products such as workshops, Girls night in parties, and downloadable guides.  We are working on production of these products now and will keep you informed as soon as they become available.  Thank you all for your input.

Let us know What you want to know

Hi everyone,
We are launching a range of downloadable products on  Image and Confidence  very soon and we would like your opinion on their content.
If you are unable to attend our What Women Want to Know event next week, I would still love to hear your ideas!

Dressing for your body shape

Dressing for your body shape
Great clothes can:
  • Balance body proportions
  • Draw attention to good features
  • Play down less positive features
  • Help develop a person's body confidence and self esteem
The wrong clothes can do the complete opposite and remember - what looks great on a "Triangle" body shape, can look awful on an "Inverted Triangle" and visa versa! See ourImage and Stylepage for details on Style Coaching
I would be more than pleased to hear any opinions you may have on this subject or to answer any questions you may have.
