My name is Cindy Forbes and I am the owner of Style and Substance Coaching and I help people to look great and AND to feel great about themselves - without them having to spend a fortune in the process.
My prior experience has always been in creative or people oriented positions such as teaching, staff recruitment, weight loss counselling and most recently, fashion retailing,buying and merchandising.
As an Image, Style and Life Coach, I combine my extensive training and diverse experience to provide a service that I am passionate about i.e. helping you to be the best you can be.
